Interviewer was very candid and honest, and expected the same from me. She asked me what I was interested in doing, and where else I was interviewing. She also asked about compensation, which I was surprised at, but she seemed to think my response was reasonable. She also asked whether I would prefer a different position at another company, because we had already established this wasn't my dream job. I told her honestly that all else being equal, I would prefer the other position. She really appreciated my honesty, which I found refreshing.
