HR phone screen, three online assessments, onsite with three decision maker. It was evident that my age (over 50) was a HUGE knock-out factor. The female interviewer was very abrupt and didn't want to listen to my answers. I followed up but there was no response from either HR or the hiring manager. very poor communication. I knew I wasn't the preferred candidate when they re-posted the job.
