I had an initial phone interview, followed by an invitation for a face-to-face interview. The in-person interview was supposed to be conducted by two people, but only one attended. Overall, the process did not feel very professional, as there was no HR representative involved at any stage. I was told their HR person had recently resigned and the position was yet to be filled. Since the interview, I haven’t received any communication. I followed up via email and even called, but I haven’t received any response.
