Entrevista
StartWire provided the most efficient interview and hiring process I've ever experienced. As my experience/skills were a great fit to the position, I received a contact the same day as I applied for the role. The process includes a series of phone interviews with leaders and key stakeholders and was followed by an onsite interview experience in the Cambridge, MA office with team members that I hadn't spoken with previously. Meticulous reference checks then a timely offer and start date. Truly appreciated the attention, timeliness and respect for my time, as unfortunately respect extended to job seekers isn't as prevalent as it should be - even at the executive level.

There were no unexpected questions - all relevant to the position and my prior experience & performance. Most difficult Q was "What are your weaknesses?"

Entrevista
The interviewers really respect you. They just ensure that you will be comfortable working with each other during the next few months. Not too many technical questions at all and fit is the main criteria for selection. The hiring was done in April for the summer internship and they look at employee hiring with the long term perspective. Just make sure that this is what you want to do because otherwise, they will see right through you.
