Entrevista
a brief Q/A with a staff member and then there are a computer processing sessions. the staff was very friendly and during the time that I was interviewed, there were other people there too. the chat session with the staff member is one on one, and it last for about 10 mins gives or takes. after the session is over you are placed by a computer with other people trying to get hired doing a computer simulation of how it will be working in a call center.

Smooth, HR and interviewers were nice, but in the end I decide not to move forward because I have another offer from Malaysia. Overall, the intervew was good and smoothly
