Took a test on a computer, then answered behavioral questions. They took me out to the call floor to listen to a call. Listened to a recorded call and had to answer questions regarding the call

Smooth, HR and interviewers were nice, but in the end I decide not to move forward because I have another offer from Malaysia. Overall, the intervew was good and smoothly
