Entrevista
I went to a job fair in Brussels and they contacted me afterwards. The application consisted of two interviews, one to test my English and telephone capabilities which is very easy; and the second one which was situation-based and lasted for 20min.
The lady asked questions such as: what do you know about Starwood? Why do you want to work there? What is the main quality to work as a Sales & Service associate? Why do you think you would be good at it? What is my favorite brand and why? Where do I see myself in the future? Tell me about a time when you needed to accomplish something under tight deadlines/ or you needed to multi-task.
The questions are straight forward and relevant to the job, if you prepare beforehand, you will have no problem. Just make sure you remain professional.

1 first call from the HR (in English) just to invite you to the English test
1 English test by a third party : quick and easy test. The HR call you back very quick after that to tell you if you passed the test.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty easy honestly, this place seems like its ALWAYS hiring. Like any other place, you'll dress nice speak with a few people who explain the job to you, then I got to sit with someone to get a feel of the job for about 15min. after that spoke to the interviewer again and she asked me some questions about what I thought and after that I was hired.

Applied online last week through an online questionnaire, they called me some days after for a 10min phone interview the next day.I was invited to a face to face interview of two parts , I was asked few questions from the HR in the first one and did a online behavioural test in the second part.I m still waiting for them to get back to me
