The interview process at Stash was smooth. The moment they hit me up about my resume to getting the offer was nothing but excellent communication and timely responses.
I first got contacted about the position by a recruiter from the company to set up a 30 minute convo to go over my background and general questions about my experience. Then I was told to complete a assignment on their website which was easy if you understand software as a whole and general testing knowledge. I was contacted for an face to face interview right after submitting since I was actively looking I appreciate the fact that she got back to me every morning. The interview consisted of both technical and questions that tackle your thought process with 4 different people: QA Lead, Product Owner, and 2 QA Engineers. I really enjoyed the interview because it was more like an conversation rather than a intimidating question and answer type of session.
Day of my interview the recruiter who was helping me with the process was out of the office but mind you she kept a great line of communication with me and updated me with feedback every chance she gets. I was contacted to come in for a final round of interview with the CPO who was very laid back and smart. I learned a lot about Stash and his approach to the product during my interview with him.
I was contacted with an offer the next day. This is how you know the company does not waste time and I appreciate that.
