Asked me for case study. I presented a business plan and my hiring plan. I was also given a tech quiz which was very hard. Generally the process was quick. They spent a fair degree of time on what I wanted to do in the future. Open ended stuff

Mostly about background. But asked to present a business case. Very quick to roll out offer. They take hiring seriously guys. Most of the times all or one of the co founders will be present. So prepare in advance
