Applied on LinkedIn, did 3 rounds in the span of a week. 1) Standard HR screen on Google Meet with Andrew who demoed their product. 2) 45 min hiring manager interview (on site) with Benjamin. 3) 1 hour project deep-dive interview (on site) with the team where I had to prepare a few slides. Got rejected within 48 hours after round 3. They offered feedback which they provided within another 48 hours. Professional, responsive, it was agreeable to work with the team throughout the process. Fast-paced startup environment.
