Entrevista
The process is highly structured. There’s very little flexibility as to when you interview. This experience was like most other community college interviews. They provided questions minutes before the interview. You can review the questions. Then the Committee asks questions in an orderly manner. The entire process is formal and professional. No chit chat or breaking the ice at the beginning of the interview.
