I had two interviews. The first interview was more intimidating, with 2 Section Managers and a Claims Manager. The second interview was with just 1 Section Manager. It was moderately difficult. I was asked to travel to another location for the second interview to meet with the Section Manager in-person since the first interview was virtual with that person.

I interviewed with state farm in April via video. Then had a second interview a couple of weeks later via video. Didn't hear anything back for a month (which I knew I didn't land the job after a month of silence). I get an email saying that they went with someone else with more experience. Then they're going to send me a state farm survey....Are you serious?? In big bold letters it's saying "ACTION REQUIRED!" If state farm don't knock it off.
