The interview process was pretty fast paced. After completing the online application I received an email 2 days later where I was asked to take a couple online tests (things you normally need to take for a job, not hard). After that, I was set up for a phone interview. The phone interview was also nothing special, but I was offered a job at the end of it. I'm not sure if the process usually goes this quick, but I know they were trying to fill about 150 positions, so that probably had something to do with it.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
