The interview was STAR based questions. I answered the questions to the best of my ability and still didn't get hired. I did an awesome job after 2 years of experience. Come to find out they hired 100 other ppl with no experience and had never worked for State Farm at all!

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
