State Farms interview process begins with an invite to complete an online application and an online profile. An auto-generated notification to sign/agree to Application Disclosure Form will then auto-generate the pre-employment assessment. Passing the pre-employment assessment, you are then be contacted by phone for an interview.

Entrevista
This was a very drawn out interview process. About 3 months and 3 interviews and they didn’t offer me the position. The recruiter also couldn’t provide any feedback on why I wasn’t chosen. The interviews went well and were straight forward. I work on the plaintiff side at the moment so Im not sure if this is why I didn’t get the job.
First you do a video interview, where you record yourself answering questions. Then, they reach out for an in-person interview before a panel of various job roles in that office

your typical interview questions. Nothing unique. Not much conversation other than the questions. interview was very quick. felt like a number. interview was zoom. interviewee was late which caused anxiety while waiting form them to show up.
