Online Assessment, Phone Interview, Face to Face Interview. Very laid back process, local agent discussed goals, processes and action plan for agency. Having been in the industry for 15 years I was prepared for the interview and understood what the agent would be looking for in a candidate.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
