After submitting my application I took a computer based test and then had an initial phone interview. 2 weeks after the phone interview I had a face to face interview with a Claims rep and the area manager. 3 weeks later I went to lunch with the area manager and the perosn I woul dbe working with (it was to be a 2 man office). 3 weeks later the area manager called and stated State Farm didn't have the workload they had expected in my area and decided not to fill that position. A month later I recieved an email from corporate State Farm stating the same thing. Only negative is the hiring process was long and then they decided not to fill the position.
