Easy, Phone interview. If you pass the phone interview, you will need to do a skills test. The entire process took about 3 weeks. They hire at least two months in advance. Waiting to start was the hardest part to me. HR is all online so the entire process will be done online, accept for the drug screen. You will be sent to a facility in your area.

I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.

Entrevista
It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
