The interview was nice and in depth.they went over what would required out of the job, the requirements for the position, the hours and the salary. The issues that past employees have had in this positions. The interviewer asked if my customer service training would apply to policyholders.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
