Group interview - unprofessional in my opinion and very impersonal when the job required you to sit in a cubicle alone on the phone for 7/8 hours. The interview did not explain that every minute of your day would be accounted for and managed

I was referred by a current employee to work at State Farm. The interview process was a bit slow, lasted about 3 weeks. Process: -referred by employee -1-2 week waiting period to hear back -online typing assessment -phone interview -background check
