Entrevista
There was a job fair at a local hotel. I applied for one role, but during the interview I encouraged to apply for a different position based on my experience. I was misled about the hours of the job, and basically sold a dream in terms of the money I could make. I interviewed with one person after standing in line for awhile with other applicants. They passed out State Farm branded pens, buttons, etc. After I interviewed I was sent an offer letter a few days later.

I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales

Entrevista
It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
