Very simple and straight forward. I initially met several State Farm agents at a recruitment event at a restaurant. Several agents requested my information. The agent followed up with me the very next week. Within a week, I had a 1-1 interview. I did a skills and IQ test (more like a logic test) where you answer about 50-60 logic questions and basic math questions. The agent does time you. (I forgot how long it is.)
