I first had a phone interview and after speaking casually I came in for an in person interview where I met one-on-one with the boss and the office manager. I was asked about my previous experience and what kind of State Farm specific insurance knowledge I have. Also asked about an insurance license.

Very Casual, not a tough interview. Everything was fairly straight forward. Talked on the phone with agent then set an interview with him for coffee. Once we discussed things we met in the office.

Depending on the agents that the process varies. One of the most comprehensive process was firstly personality test, then math test, then initial interview with team lead, then second indepth interview, then licensing passing requirement.
