The first thing they had me do was complete some data entry/form-filling exercises and a typing test. Once that was completed, I received an invite to a video interview through HireVue. I did not meet with anyone, there were per-determined questions and you recorded answers to each. They asked 5 questions. i was given 1 minute to prepare to record my answer and 2 minutes to record my answer, with one re-recording available. All candidates are asked the same questions, which I listed below.

I applied for the job on 05/01/2023. I received an email offer to do a virtual/self recorded interview through HireVue on 05/09/2023. After the completion of that interview, I received an option to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter on 05/15/2023, and I scheduled the phone interview for the very next day on 05/16/2023. They say it’s a phone interview, but it’s really more like a job offer if you get to this point I think, as the recruiter just basically goes over the responsibilities of the Job role over the phone with you and offer you the position at the end. However, I decided to respectfully decline the offer at the end, due to no fully remote opportunities being available and the hybrid role would require being in the office some nights until 11:30PM. That is very late and unsafe, especially in the city of Atlanta/Dunwoody where crime rates are rising. It makes no sense. If a job can offer you hybrid remote then they should also be able to offer you fully remote, because the job role can obviously be fulfilled outside of the office. I think the only reason they’re still requiring some time in the office is due to the fact that they’ve invested millions into creating the stylish look of their humongous building. I’m not really sure why they did that though, especially since fully remote work saves company costs and has become more popular since the strike of the COVID-19….Maybe they just wanted a fancy building.
