The interview process is simple. You are more than likely guaranteed a position if you pass all four state exams. You will also need to meet with the team leader assigned to the applied territory. They do check your background, and credit, as well. If you are offered a position, make sure you understands the terms of your agreement and that they are written on a signed proposal before accepting.

The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.
