First you will do a phone interview then you will be called in for a personal interview at that time is when you're told with a job actually entails once you find out that you will be sitting at a table and stores selling and that you have a quota to meet are you will be let go you will be extremely disappointed with this interview

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
