I received a phone interview request after passing two easy online test (one for basic customer service and the other typing).The interview was quick and painless. Only received 1 phone interview. Very easy questions. I prepared ahead of time but was not asked complicated questions. I was offered the position at the end of my 1st phone interview. I then had to complete a background check and drug test.

Entrevista
The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Entrevista
Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
