I have taken up the assesment which included 5 video questions and one coding question with 1 hour time limit. I didn't qualify for the next round even though i have passed all the test cases in the program.

Human resources without humans. Record yourself after a few questions and take a technical assessment that doesn't apply to the job description. No human interaction. Either State Farm has the laziest HR or they have no humans in their hiring process.
