Straightforward - you usually meet with the office manager if they have one and the owner. Each office is individually owned so very interpersonal experience. You'll typically get reached out to from the manager or someone helping the owner.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
