In my interviews for Fund Accountant positions, I focus on demonstrating three key areas: technical accuracy, analytical thinking, and my ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. I highlight my experience with NAV calculations, cash and position reconciliations, trade processing, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting. I explain how I approach exceptions, how I investigate breaks, and how I ensure the accuracy of fund valuations. I also emphasize my familiarity with working in international environments and handling documentation and communication in fluent English.

The interview process was fairly smooth. not many technical questions, mostly behavioral. overall the interview process wasn't too bad and difficult as i expected it was going to be. There was no technical hard questions only behavioral questions.
