There weretwo rounds of interview, first is India panel and next US panel. The US panel is name sake because only one of them was from the US who is also an Indian. My interview experience with State Street was disappointing. The interview was rescheduled at the last minute, and during the actual discussion, the interviewer’s tone felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of constructive feedback, I was told to “learn the language first,” which undermined my four years of experience in reputable product companies. Interviews should evaluate skills respectfully, but this one left me feeling discredited rather than assessed. I hope the company reviews how interviews are conducted, as candidates deserve a fair, respectful, and unbiased process.

They asked about my paper publication that i have done back in my college days which was 6 years old. And barely tested any technical knowledge.
