Initial contact was almost immediate, made a good impression, and HR consultant said that I would be interviewed asap. First and second round interviews went well, but the process ground to a halt. Followup emails (seeking update/feedback) went unanswered. Local HR kept me in a holding pattern for weeks at a time with interim updates and promises of moving to the next round. After months in the process I was finally moved to the next round. Final interview was good and then nothing, completely ghosted. So unprofessional. I found out that the role had been filled via a LinkedIn search. Sent an email requesting feedback, which was completely ignored. I would not recommend any candidates to apply for a role in State Street.
