I applied through school career connection and their career website. Then I received an email from them a couple weeks later, and they asked me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was 30 minute long and it was a relaxed conversation, a mixture of questions about resume and some behavior questions. The HR told me to schedule a face to face office interview directly after the end of the phone interview. There were two people recruited me during the office interview, it was around 50 minute.
