I applied online through my college career website and got a call the following day.
I had a phone interview about a week later and then a group interview with two SVP's about 2 weeks later.

The questions were all behavioral (ie. how do you check your work...why state street? etc.)
After attending State Street event on campus I was very excited to apply online for this program. So I did and nobody from the company even bothered to contact me. I had extremely high GPA and strong coursework.

On site interview. Interned and applied for position. Was contacted by HR rep to interview on site, did not have to do a phone interview. Interviewed with the team I would be working with of two people.

Entrevista
The process was pretty basic. I applied online and was contacted about 2 weeks later for a phone interview. They asked me very general interview questions as well as questions about items that were listed on the description of the program. If I had been better prepared I would have done much better.
