Its a quite long process. They took almost one month for scheduling 2 interviews. They go with 3rd praty outsourcing to shortlisting the profile. 3rd party was RAMSOL. The lady who was scheduling my interview from RAMSOL was not good. She doesn't know how to talk and she doesn't understood what I'm saying to her. After first round took almost 9-10days to get feedback that too after multiple followups. RAMSOL people are worst. Then scheduled 2nd round after 6-7 days after getting feedback from first round and then it happened finally. There were 2 people in interview panel. The technical architech was not at all listening what I was trying to explain. But still I explained everything to him as per his convenience. Then the Main VP took over and she asked good question and I was able to answer all the questions. I was confident that I have cleared this round. After 2 days of interview I checked with 3rd party RAMSOL regarding the status. She explained that your profile is on hold. Then again after 5-7 days I asked I didn't get any feedback. She replied on a sorry message on WhatsApp that your are not shortlisted. She never ever replied on email and she never picked up phone calls during the process. Once she requires to schedule next round she calls multiple times rest all try your luck with email and calls to her. Wasted complete one month in this process. If you want cheap labour please let us know in starting so that we will not waste our time. I don't recommend to give interview in this organisation and waste your time. Finally they will reject you for no reason
