A brief phowen screening. Then the very next day teh lady in HR called me back to see if I coudl come in and meet with management later that week. Interview in person was very dry basic, managers were young and were litterally readign off a checklist. It was very disheartening to see such incompetant managers but I needed a job and wanted to move to Boston

They ask a lot of behavioral questions. They ask a little about your technical expertise (excel, access, powerpoint, etc). Usually there are several interviewers, and they will take turns asking questions.

Entrevista
First you interview with recruiter and then in person interview with two managers. It was a very laid back experience and felt very comfortable without. It was very much a personality test, as it was an interview.
Pretty standard, walk me through your resume. What are you strengths and weaknesses, why state street.
They also provided some more detail into the job to talk about the role and what the responsibilities would be. Nothing too out of the ordinary and was a quick process as well.
Nothing too difficult, they seemed pretty desperate at the time.
