Start process over until finally offered position. Usually much lower than national standard. Wait several more weeks for start date. Start job and find out the actual position is nowhere near what the job description advised since all state of Florida govt positions have CANNED job descriptions for every position which haven't been updated to reflect current job requirements. Be unhappy for several years then start the entire process over again.
