There were two separate interviews, with a basic quesiton and answer structure. The first interview was with the hiring manager and other Human Resources team members and the second interview was at the next level up.

The questions were pretty standard. -Tell us about your past work experience -describe who you have handled conflict in the workplace Asked to provide to describe examples of when I performed certain job functions in the workplace. Also asked about my experience promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
