Filled out application on state website and took mini test for position. With background as paralegal, I scored well on test which seemed more like an easy questionnaire. Received phone call for interview 2 weeks later. Interview with two very, very young (under 23) supervisors. The silly male and female supervisor pair, flirted with one another like I was not in the room. Together, they lacked the intelligence of one dumb person. Very sad to to see these two, as supervisors in this detrimental office. I gather not a lot gets done. I was told that I was over qualified. Due to the economy, I was willing to take a cut in pay. I was also a returnee to the workforce after 12 years. However, kept my skills polished by freelance. I was not overqualified at that point.
