Very easy questions, they acted like they didn't care and they were going to hire anyone which they do even with criminal backgrounds, it took about 30 days to get hired on after they interview you because the drug test and the fbi background check takes time to come back.

One on one with the chief of security. Was asked three questions. Usually the interviews are panel. I assume since staff is so short handed the interview was a little different.

Background of yourself of prior years including work history, driving record, criminal background, gang affilliations, etc. Working in a Maximum Penitentiary environment, you are surrounded by individuals convicted of serious crimes. So, you are sat down with a panel of lieutenants, captains, and other commanding officers to see if you are mentality and physically capable to handle offenders in that environment.
