Entrevista
After applying online I was called by the Chief Talent Officer to set up a time with who would be my direct boss during my time as an intern. After that the Chief Talent Officer asked preliminary questions about my personality. A few days later during the scheduled time, my boss called me and asked questions about my career, education and life goals. Both interviews were very much personality driven.
early / preinterview is pretty easy and straightforward mainly explained the programs and asked about experience and skills but not in a technical way. It was with a HR person

Entrevista
The interview indeed felt straightforward and relaxed, which I believe fostered a positive exchange of information. I had prepared several case studies from my portfolio to present and discuss, although it turned out only one was needed for review. Nonetheless, I'm glad I was ready with more examples, as it allowed me to showcase my experiences and skills thoroughly. Thank you for the opportunity to discuss my background and contributions in detail.

Entrevista
The interview Process was great. There were 2 and not to hard to maneuver. The recruiter was as knowledgeable about my role, but I get that's not her part. The interview was very relaxed and that made it better for answering questions.
