Pretty quick response after I applied. Spoke with their internal recruiter. So, no 3rd party middleman type stuff. Which I thought was a good thing. The interview went great and I got some positive feedback. I was told I would hear something within 24-48 hours. I never did. I followed up with the recruiter the following Monday, typical 'professional' timeframe and they ghosted me outright. Don't ignore the other negative experiences. They have a bonus program for internal referrals where they list a number of high profile jobs a month and whoever can get someone to fill it through a referral gets a pretty nice bonus. I believe this has led to A LOT of the negative experiences people have faced interviewing with the company. Especially, if you are not a referral. How do I know all this? The recruiter went on and on for about 5 minutes about this program. Like mentioned someone getting like 10k a single month through this program. I can only imagine the nepotism this breeds. And, no wonder a lot of the higher positions are filled with unqualified people. Honestly, I think I dodged a bullet. So, thank you for ghosting me.
