“I didn’t feel good at all during this interview, even though I had excellent work experience and a great resume, and I even presented myself well in the interview. The manager’s behavior, however, was unprofessional. It felt like I was being treated like a criminal, as if the interview was a courtroom session. They questioned me over a $17/hour position, and several times during the interview, their behavior was so demeaning that I wanted to walk out, but I felt it would be impolite, so I tried to control myself. Despite all this, the manager in this luxury retail environment didn’t demonstrate any professionalism, except for their choice of attire.”
