First a HR discussion to align your work experience with their company's need. second, a discussion with the manager of the team hiring. Third, a more technical round with the hiring team, and last the discussion about your salary expectations.

what was the tough situation/scenario you dealt in your last work assignment and how?
My interview experience with Stegra was extremely disappointing. The process felt like a speed run: less than 10 minutes, no opportunity to ask questions, and no technical discussion whatsoever. Candidates were not even given the chance to explain their experience or engage in meaningful dialogue.
Additionally, some candidates are effectively blocked from accessing STEGRA due to 2FA restrictions in certain countries, which creates a completely unnecessary barrier. Overall, the process felt rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional a stark contrast to how serious engineering recruitment should be handled.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and restructures their interview process to respect candidates’ time and expertise.
