Asks a few questions about your education history. Another question revolves around your short and long term goals both at work (if you were hired) and outside of work in your personal life.
There was no interview as the were early hiring, no drug test either. I walked in to the store what I was thinking would be my interview and they just told me I had the job.

It was an easy process, why do you want to work here, strength and weaknesses and ask for availability. Also ask if I had prior customer service experience. Overall super easy!
