As a recruitment firm, maybe they could have given more details about the positions they are recruiting for. Maybe the salary/ budget of the organization. Generally the interview was not bad and I really appreciated that they gave feedback.

Entrevista
The process included a phone screen, video interview with partner, video interview with 2 team lead and account manager, and video interview with owner. The whole process was very quick, the hiring manager was prompt and easy to communicate with.

No behavioral questions, straight forward, and easy conversations. Owner did ask about knowledge of Canada's population, Vancouver's population, and the names of BC's premier and BC's provincial health officer.

Face to face interview with two recruiters. Then a face to face interview with the sales manager and general manager. Then attend the office of the company for a final meeting.
