Had a phone interview. I was put off because he didn’t ask anything about my background or experience working directly with students nor my knowledge on educational programs. It was 100% about making sales/cold calls/ dealing with complaints. It made me feel like it was all about getting the students money, rather than properly advising them. He talked about dealing with students asking for refunds and how I would stay strong in those circumstances.

I had two interviews, one interview was conducted over the phone and the second interview was in person. The interview was very different than what was mentioned in the job description. The interview was entirely focused on making sales, cold calling, call centre experience etc etc. The interviewer was weired, asked a lot of personal questions.
