The interview process consisted of a ore recorded online interview with questions already provided. Questions included were about previous experience working with children, why you want to work for the school, and what qualities would make you ideal for the job.

Very friendly phone interview, was reassured that once my profile was set up they would get back to me with any vacancies. However, as soon as I sent off my information I never heard back from them. I was completely abandoned.

Short process submit video and portfolio then interview at the school you are to be placed at. Interview feels more like an informal chat and is quite straightforward questions. Not much prior experience in education needed either as it is a graduate role.
