phone was mainly information about the position and setting expectations for the rest of interviewing process, no real questions.
in person was a panel made of the team, doing a round robin questioning.
started with personal and behavioral and then more into technical questions.

Entrevista
I went through two separate interviews, one of which was with a group of five or six key individuals. Later, I had to reach back out about hiring progress several times and was promised they were "working on it." After everything, I never received any communications that they had chosen another candidate or thanking me for my interest. Seems disorganized. At least send me a form letter letting me know you hired someone else!

Entrevista
Skype interview, with well considered questions. A very welcoming group of people. They asked logical and thoughtful questions which were fun to consider and answer. I got a sense of the group and the school that was quite positive.
