Phone interview and then in person. Smooth process. Extremely nice people. After questions are asked they tour you around the facility. They also introduce you to some of the people that go there and possibly will be campers. I got to meet the rest of the staff also.

A tour of the premises with a 1:1 informal quite relaxed interview with the site manager. The informal interview lasted approximately 40 minutes. The tour approximately 15 minutes was designed to see how the interviewee would interact with service-users in their home environment.
